DR. TAMME SHINSHURI

Dr. Tammé Shinshuri is an accomplished Business Philanthropist, Strategic Learning Technologist, social entrepreneur, and consultant. She is the founder and Executive Director of Oracles of Truth Academy, a community services organization focused on helping individuals and small businesses develop, grow, and thrive in the community. She provides leadership and direction to grow the organization.

Dr. Shinshuri developed Business Philanthropy technology to ensure that social entrepreneurs can gain access to multiple funding sources to develop, grow, and thrive in the community while doing good and serving others. She also raises capital via the Social Learning Fund, which includes 1) infused business donations, 2) immersive grant writing experiences, 3) earned income opportunities, 4) collaborative partnerships, and 5) scale up sponsorships. Her life’s work as a Business Philanthropist and social entrepreneur is rooted in the Model for Human Potential, which has evolved since it was first published in 2009. This initial research was conducted and published under dissertation and titled “The Development and Validation of an Instrument to Assess Instructional Design Competency”. Her initial research work was seminal groundbreaking and set the foundation for the current model using an auto-hermeneutic phenomenological research method that is practiced real-time with clients, students, members, employees, and customers at the academy. She is a prolific writer and published author with literary publications that include Super Conscious Model for Living (2nd Edition), Expressions of Unconditional Love (book and album). She is currently writing two new manuscripts Business Philanthropy: A Social Entrepreneur’s Handbook (trade) and RITMO Experience: My Journey to Oneness (memoir).
